Google maps not showing when in flight

Hello. When I start the map enhancement program, I click 'start' and I see where map enhancement is running ok; IMAGE - High LOD; NETWORK - loaded 1224, Error 0, Data 17mb; CACHE - Load 0, Write 0, Size 349mb. When open msfs and I select the world and zoom in to select my departure, I can see the new map from map enhancement is working - ie, I can actually see the newer up-to-date maps. However, when I start to fly over the area I just looked at and select my flight, the old map is displayed while I am flying.

Any help would be appreciated. I have Rolling Cache off and have deleted rolling cache files. I will attach pictures....

The pic marked with a yellow '1' is when I am selecting my departure. The pic marked with a yellow '2' is when I am flying over the same area. Notice the lack of buildings and no access/frontage road.
