This is likely an issue with WIX and not with Dr. Memory, AFAICT, so it's not clear what can be easily done.
If you'd like to look further into this help is appreciated (as the labels show).
We just put out a new DR 8.0 and this problem is still there: so the drltrace tool listed on the DR docs is just broken in the DR package.
There is not enough information here. There is a bug template which asks for needed information which it looks like you bypassed or deleted -- there is a Github bug...
