Problems with thumbnails
Thumbnails don't show unless in the specific thumbnail mode, which isn't very useful since I use tiles mode for most things. I recently installed the Icaros shell extension tool (https://github.com/Xanashi/Icaros) and was excited to try out the functionality of it before running into this issue and realizing I would have to choose between either file explorer thumbnails or usability.
Could be fixed by having a setting, something like "always show as thumbnails", and then enforcing that for all views.
@derceg worth mentioning: qttabbar (https://github.com/indiff/qttabbar) would be great to take a look at for ideas on this project, both for default functionality and plugins. Simply too many good (and fully implemented) feature and plugin concepts to miss out on. Would love to see if some could make their way into explorer++.
