Problems that reset the toolbar configuration
I am using the toolbar like this. One day, the toolbar setting is not maintained and reset it in the initial state.
I'm not the dev, but I'm just asking for a few clarifications.

When I'm looking at the screenshot -- I have no idea what you're reporting.
Do you mean, that all of a sudden every toolbar is on the same line or what's the problem?
I think it would be better to eliminate the
bright lead in the address bar
Bright lead? Do you mean.. the bright white tabs on the tab bar?
