Why is the icon displayed in the "Medium Icon" view so large?

Why does my Explorer++v1.3.5 display very large file icons when using "medium icons" view? even larger than the "large icons" view, close to the view with "extra large icons". Due to the influence of medium icon size, the display in thumbnail and flat views is also particularly large, Their sizes are equal to the size of the icon displayed in the "Medium Icon" view of my own Explorer++.

Can you attach a screenshot showing the medium/large/extra large icons?

Also, does this still happen in the latest dev build?
