Application Hang

When I use Explorer++ version 1.4.0.1943 dev (64-bit build). I am setting language by Explorer++ZH_CN.dll. Then restart Explorer++ everything looks good. But when I click Tools > Options the application will Application Hang.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Crashes I can't find Explorer++.dmp. How can I creat it.
