Feature Request: Adding sort by date in "Downloads" (Win explorer style)
it is very convenient to work with it. Example on the screen

There is some debate about the behaviour of Windows, when it comes to sorting and grouping, specifically of files in the Downloads folder. It's actually a quite frustrating example of Microsoft dumbing Windows down and forcing bad UI/UX on people.
By default, the Downloads folder has "Group by" set to "Date modified" in "Descending" order. This has been introduced in Win10 Update 1903 or 1909. You can change it, but for many people and for unknown reasons, it will revert back to those settings eventually after hours, days, sometimes immediately. Microsoft doesn't even consider this a bug.
Why am I describing this? Now there are third party file explorers that have been affected by this, because they do rely on windows' file sorting and grouping settings (instead of doing it themselves internally). Q-Dir, which is otherwise excellent, is an example of a third party file explorer, which is now a disaster to use for some people because of this. (The Q-dir dev doesn't even regard the issue, because everything seems to be 'fine' on his side.)
Anyway, whatever you do, please take care that these problems do not bleed through to Explorer++ as well.
Here's just one example of a support thread regarding this topic: 21 pages of frustrated (power-)users. There are many more like this.
That said, @NukeAOSP, you should be able to set the grouping and sorting in Explorer++ by going to "View -> Group by -> Date modified" and "Sort by" respectivley.

I dont wanna Group in other folders... Just in Downloaded

I see. I think Explorer++ currently can't save sorting&grouping settings for individual folders. In the meantime as a workaround, you could set it for the downloads folder like I explained above and then right-click that tab and click "Lock Tab and Adress". This should preserve the tab with those settings.

Yea. Nice workaround. Thanks!
