Mouse slow down when pressed and moving it

Describe the bug I stay clicked and move the mouse to select a bunch of file. Mouse move very slowly. Same behavior is not observed in original explorer file.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'any folder which as some files or folders
2. Click and stay pressed on an empty space
3. Move the mouse in any direction

Expected behavior Same speed as if not pressed

Version (please complete the following information):

• Explorer++ version: 1.4.0.1790 dev (64-bit build)]
• OS: Windows 10 20h2

Additional context This behavior is not always present, but seems linked to "view > details" display. When changing to another option (ie small icon) and go back to details, the behavior disapeared.

Same issue, with little different to pseudo555. Just moving the mouse could encounter the cursor lag. Please refer to the gif. Also I noticed the issue is only associated with vertical views including details and list. 1.3.5 64-bit has the same problem.
