Popeye shows slightly confusing help text when run as kubectl plugin

This came up while discussing to release popeye as a kubectl plugin. See https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/krew-index/pull/521#issuecomment-593619782 for details.

This is merely a reminder that it would be nice to fix it at some point.
