Reset cursor blinking on exit

Describe the bug

K9s does not reset cursor blinking and color on exit.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open mintty (git-bash) on Windows
  2. In Options set cursor to blinking
  3. Start k9s
  4. Exit with Ctrl+c

Expected behavior

The cursor should blink in the same color a s before.

Additional context

A reset restores the cursor.
