Lost k9s read-only/write mode small icon display since v0.32.0

Describe the bug Since k9s v.0.32.0, we lost small icon indicating read-only or write mode.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch k9s >= 0.32.0 in read-only (k9s --readonly) or write mode (k9s)
2. No icon (read-only or write mode)

Expected behavior Display of k9s mode like v0.31.9.

+1 I wasn't aware of the icon and was going to submit a feature request. It's very inconvenient not being able to see the current mode at a glance.
