Unable to run popeye under window environment.

Describe the bug Unable to run popeye command within k9s inside window environment. I can run Popeye as a standalone cli.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter k9s command and type "popeye"
2. Encounter error "<Ruroh? popeye command not found >"

Expected behavior latest popeye scan result or list of popeye scan results is displayed with ability to show scan result details

Same; I've scoured the docs--still nothing. k9s version 0.32.7. Can this please be addressed, I really want to use this. I installed popeye locally, but it seems the go module is imported in k9s, so I don't think that's necessary

This is because popeye was disabled in 0.31.9 intentionally; so the main readme could use an update

Well... no, rather re-enable it please.

I can see that there was some problem with popeye then, but 10 months later they are likely stable again, so maybe the pipes can be re-connected?
