Sometimes scale/restart deployment popup loses interactivity

Describe the bug I dont have a working repro, but sometimes the deployment scaling and/or restart dialog doesnt work and user cannot enter the scale value

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to deployments
2. Click on s to scale
3. The dialog will appear but im unable to enter anythig
4. Click CTRL+C to stop the app
5. Go to the same dialog
6. Same thing happens

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. The input in the dialog always works

See - theres no "focus" on the OK/Cancel buttons. Clicking arrows on the keyword does nothing

Same, I've been having this issue for a while. Glad its not a Mac only thing.

Yep, getting it today on Windows Terminal, win11. Very strange -- the modal dialog is just not modal. The arrows move the selection behind the dialog, and I cannot focus it.
