[windows terminal][theme] k9s stopped respected windows terminal theme after version 0.22.1

Open zeagur opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Describe the bug I've been using k9s 0.21.x for a long time and forgot to upgrade, and today I tried upgraded to latest version which is 0.26.x and noticed that k9s theme reverted back to default instead of my current windows terminal theme.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download new glorious k9s binary from version 0.23.x onward
  2. replace the old one
  3. try it out
  4. notice the theme reverted back to default

Expected behavior k9s theme display respect windows terminal theme.

Screenshots

Versions (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11 Pro
  • K9s: 0.23-latest
  • K8s: 1.21.11

Additional context my apologize if this is intentional.

Hi @zeagur! Have you tried to remove old k9s configs and create new ones? Do you have custom styles?

@slimus I don't have any custom styles(even tried to change to custom, it won't take effect either) and I've tried to delete the .k9s config and let it generate a new one, but no luck.
