Right now, natural=cliff is rendered in the wrong direction on the Garmin device, whereas it is shown correctly in QLandkarteGT.

Would it be possible to render `railway=rail` above minor rails (like `railway=rail + servive=yard` or `railway=disused`)? Currently while zooming out the main rail disappears when minor rails are nearby.
