Opentopomap Garmin Asia tiles corrupt

all Asia tiles at https://garmin.opentopomap.org/#asia are showing as 5.9k and coutour files look huge compared to other areas. The other regions don't have the same issue

HTTP 404 when zooming in

https://opentopomap.org/#map=15/52.10250/10.35007 works (working example tile is https://c.tile.opentopomap.org/15/17328/10808.png), but https://opentopomap.org/#map=16/52.10175/10.34580 displays a blank page because of 404 errors from the tile server (example: https://c.tile.opentopomap.org/16/34647/21617.png returns 404 Not Found).
