Did your Facebook account get locked due to Pidgin's third party's Messenger log in?

I was forced to change my password, tell its Android connection was legit, and accept certificates. Annoying. :(

Some for me. And I was immediately locked again, after trying to log in with libpurple and the new password. Any solution or work around?

OK, not just me. Annoying. I think I need to stop using it for now until this and https://github.com/dequis/purple-facebook/issues/532 are fixed. :(

+1 - It's not instantaneous for my account. Sometimes, it is and other times it will take hours or even a few days.

I got "Temporarily locked" several times and now my account is disabled :( I'm waiting for an appeal and a review, but I can't access anything

Can also confirm my account was locked twice, probably due to this plugin

I haven't used this plugin for months. No more lock outs. I will just use the web version. :(
