I was running an automated scan on the staples.com shopping cart page and received this timeout.

Thanks for the issue. I ran the axe devtools extension on the shopping cart page, but I was able to do a full page scan without issues. Do you know if the error occurs if you're logged in and/or have items in your cart?

I had one item in the shopping cart, was not logged in. I tried running the scan today and got another error - see screenshot provided.

Also, in case it was an issue with the browser, I tried the same thing in incognito and wound up with the same result. axe-core v4.10.3 extension v4.115.1

That is strange. I'm able to scan without issues. I'll see if anyone else on my team can reproduce.

I had Ublock Origin on, got a full scan completed. Re-ran with it disabled for the domain, still got a full scan to complete. Also configured the explicit Axe version, it worked. Then went to WCAG 2.2 AAA and then all standards, still passed.

No failures across any of my testing.

I'd wager this is the problem: https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-core/issues/4831
