axe core error on lighthouse

Issue Description

Expectation

When running on lighthouse, it should give us the score on accessibility

Actual

The website display is normal but when we run on lighthouse, it gave us error on desktop side

How to Reproduce

Thanks for the issue. I'm not able to reproduce though. When I navigate to the website and run LIghthouse from devtools (or PageSpeed Insights), it passes accessibility on desktop setting. Even when I try to run axe-core manually on the site at various browser sizes I can't get the same error.

Well I can reproduce from PageSpeed but navigating to that website returns 403 for some reason.

Running Lighthouse on the page shows no errors in running accessibility, same with running axe manually. Trying PageSpeed now shows the page to be working as well.
