Trouble Connecting Moto G5

Was having trouble at the "Connect Device" step for a Motorola G5 Device. Clicked the Connect Device button and it wouldn't connect.

Had customer open up the Dev Tools, and it was apparent the connection request was attempted.

@schne324 did not have ADB installed so could not confirm whether or not it was our Apps issue or a generic ADB connection issue.
