should be able to sort lists of reports

right now in places where reports display (like daily rollup, search results) it's hard to perceive an order to how they're displaying. we should probably 1) have a clearer display pattern and 2) offer the ability to sort them based on things like engagement date, or EF

we've updated the tables to sort by engagement date. we'd still like the ability to sort by other fields (like by author, etc.)
