Reverse Landscape Orientation Menu issue

Issue: Selecting Reverse Landscape Orientation option , UI menu is not aligned correctly and a black bar shown on the screen.

ATAK v4.8.1.17 (8454fb6e)[playstore].1680148435 Device: Pixel 3a Android build: 32

Steps to Reproduce / Observed Results:

1. Initially, ATAK is in portrait mode
2. Open ATAK menu
3. Go to Settings
4. Select Display preferences
5. Enable Reverse Landscape Orientation
6. Go Back to ATAK map view.
7. See the UI orientation is changed.
8. Click 3 bar to open menu
9. As shown in the video UI menu is not properly aligned and a black bar shown on the screen. [PROBLEM]
