Installation instructions

Is it possible for someone to take a look at the installation/build instructions and check they are correct?

I have been trying to install on a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 VM but have found the official documentation lacking and conflicting instructions in the comments in the open issues.

So far I have had issues with the Ninja being missing or incorrectly located. And now I have been unable to 'generate signing keys' - I expect that it is an Android Studio configuration issue as much as anything else, but it is a fresh install...

If you want to work with WSL in a dual Windows-Linux environment, use my version... I'm hoping it still works in the latest version (I tinkered with ATAK-CIV 4.4.0.0 a long time ago), because the DOCUMENT.md may have changed since then. https://github.com/deptofdefense/AndroidTacticalAssaultKit-CIV/issues/130#issuecomment-994260611
