What you expected to see, versus what you actually saw

After issuing rebase or recreate commands I expect to see the branch updated.

The logs in the Dependabot Insights show "successful" Rebase runs but the branch is never updated by Dependabot.

The PR was closed once but I reopened it, it seems since the reopening Dependabot won't rebase it right but there's no errors in the Insights logs, just successful rebase runs.
