user connections count seems wrong

Enjoying the tool! But noticed that the User Connections (as well as all of the metrics found in the SQL Statistics window) are fractional (non-integers). This is happening on our SQL Managed Instance (it's a BC version). Arvind suggested that I post this feedback after our meeting today.
