Timezone sensor doesn't display frequency

Issue found on build 256.

The sensor doesn't display the frequency setting within the app itself, only on the dashboard. This makes it impossible to verify that dashboard settings are correctly reflected within the app.

Issue rating: Minor - 2 out of 5 where 5 is worse.
