Support purifiers without fan.set_percentage service

Hello, I have bought Xiaomi Air Purifier 3C but it seems to not have the service fan.set_percentage available. I have started to add a workaround with number.set_value instead.

Fixes #82

To-do list:

  • [x] Update card when number entity updates
  • [x] Do not show "%" sign when percentage is not available
  • [x] Show rpm value instead of favorite speed when favorite mode is not active
