conflict between polo and bittrex

Thank you for your work. It has made things much easier to start. Currently I have 1 folder with Polo and a subfolder with Bittrex. There is a copy of guncontrol in each folder. When launching guncontrol it will start all pairs in polo and then when I go to start the pairs in the bittrex folder it will skip over pairs that I have running in Polo stating that they are already running but will launch the pairs exclusive to bittrex.

Is there a way around this ? Is this only occurring because I have it setup as a sub folder ? I also get an error stating "!/bin/bash: No such file or directory " each time I start
