By doing this, we allow deterministic builds on NixOS using [buildNpmPackage](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/master/doc/languages-frameworks/javascript.section.md#buildnpmpackage-javascript-buildnpmpackage), and any other deployment pipelines that require a lockfile.
