Unable to clone repo, plug-in uninstalls itself

Not sure what issue is, but these are the steps that cause it (iOS app)

1. Create new vault
2. Install and enable Obsidian Git from community plugins
3. Follow the command to pull a new repo (using the Git access token @github.com/repo-url method)
4. Obsidian Git starts to initialize clone
5. Says it's compressing objects
6. No files are pulled
7. Obsidian Git is removed from community plugins

Same issue on iOS 17.4 iPhone 13 mini, but the plugin is only disabled, not removed, with settings intact.
