Can you add another option for (auto backup) that will work in the same way as (auto backup after changed), but backup works when a user selects (Reading mode). Or when he stops using a keyboard such as the phone version (hide keyboard), thus producing expressive paragraphs and sentences for the commits.

Or when someone changes between (Toggle Live Preview/Source mode) or (Toggle reading View).

For example, Windows and Mac: If someone minimizes a window or open other app or open start menu. At that time, it starts calculating the time that it put in order to copy my backup.
