system wide hotkey plugin

A system-wide hotkey plugin Dont know how feasible it is, but I would love some plugin that provides hotkey hooks, so I can start a deno process in the background, which has callbacks attached to different hotkeys. (source code needs to be minimal, and straight forward, so its easier to trust, that the plugin itself is not a keylogger :D)
