sort/hide auto-imports by version and category

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

auto-imports (suggested by quick fixes) are not sorted.

Describe the solution you'd like

being able to configure how to sort them will improve ergonomics, e.g

• only show latest version
• prefer remote modules over local modules
• sort by path specificity in descending order (e.g: show foo/bar/baz.ts over foo/mod.ts which re-exports the same symbol)
