broken links on "getting started" manual page

Hey, I noticed that the links on the Getting Started index page are broken - they seem to have an extra /raw/ path component, looking at the urls.

Here's the result:

BTW, the sidebar nav works fine. It's just the links on the Getting Started index page that are broken, that is, these guys here:

I cannot reproduce this:

We reverted the cause of this, working on a proper fix

Not only on "getting started" page, but almost every internal links on every manual pages are broken...
