Add new hero animation

  • Related to #2381
  • Maybe it should be merged into update-landing-ui rather than main.
  • The only significant change is in Hero.tsx

Got this error:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'rid')

I don't know why as this place has not been changed recently and is not related to Hero.tsx.

Maybe we can abandon the branch for now and simply copy Hero.tsx to update-landing-ui. What do you think? @ije
