Local connections to Deno KV are not counted in Analytics on dash.deno.com

Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

1. Make the connection described in Connect to this database from Deno CLI.
2. Analytics does not count the kv write unit.

Expected behavior (if applicable)

kv write unit is counted.
