Hi,

I was wondering whether it would be possible to enable free tier users to configure the default write/read Deno KV regions.

I am in Europe, so playing around with a deployed instance feels quite sluggish, it would be great if I could try it out from a region that is closer to me.

A vote for this.. I run a site related to a city in Europe and would love to move the only KV replica closer.

Also noting that the pricing page indicates that 'Select your write region' is only available on Enterprise tier. So even Pro tier wouldn't be enough if I understand correctly. I'm also a free tier user so I haven't confirmed this.
