Docker Hub description (README) is outdated

And it would be nice if it could be automatically updated as well during CI:

But that means, currently, that it would require to deactivate 2FA on Docker Hub.

This is causing issues for some beginners trying to use Docker with Deno. Hopefully someone can get around to fixing this. It looks like maybe #279 may resolve this but I haven't looked to far into it.
