docs: update installation.md with Windows version note

Description

I noticed someone was trying to use Deno for yt-dlp on Windows Server 2016 in this discord thread. Turns out the current build settings for Deno require a specific version of Windows. I'm not sure on the wording I've done, but I think it would be nice to specify minimum requirements just so users don't get caught up in this specific type of error. Let me know if there are any suggestions, or if there's already wording for this somewhere!
