Collection.watch is not implimented

hi there. just wondering if i could get some help adding collection and database watching as per https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/changeStreams/ its functionality i need for my project and i am already using this library elsewhere and would like to continue to use as it seems quite reliable and extensive.
