To get VIP videos you should enter the credentials under iqiyi in login's list, but not the normal user/password but the correspondent cookies P00003 and P00001, which you can find inspecting under browser the login process.
With this you can access 4k videos. The code to do this is not posted totally, but the mechanism is explained here
