Prime Video not getting downloaded

Hi,

I am not able to download video from amazon prime (https://www.primevideo.com/detail/0PQH591BNQNR565QSSK4II7RPT/ref=atv_hm_hom_c_8pZiqd_2_1) even after saving my amazon login creds. "You must enter credentials..." is being displayed even after creds have been added.

Please can you check provide help.
