Cannot configure/select account/server added after install

I've added a new account/new email server after I installed the add-on. Now, in Correct Identity –> preferences I cannot select that account, it is not listed in the Account selection button.

This seems to be a current limitation of the add-on. (e.g. similar problem as discussed in #17) Workaround: After closing/opening Thunderbird, the newly added accounts/identities should be present.
