unable to restore previous upgrade to pro

The app lets me click "restore previous upgrade", then informs me I must reauthenticate in order to do that. Then once I do that, it doesn't actually process the upgrade.

Help!

Are you upgrading from v1? Did you ensure you are using the account you originally bought the app with?
