Ringing door bell not triggering flows

Ringing door bells has not been triggering flows since a few days. I have tried revoking authorisation and reauthenticating them a hundred times. Once it worked again for a couple of hours then it stoped again. I have installed and unistalled the app. I have changed and changed back mode of authorisation. Nothing is working.
