app wil not open on my Homey authenticatie problem

I can not use my ring app on my Homey, when i open de app i get this message . you need to authenticate this app from the add device wizard . I activate the TWO factor in my account . who can help me with this ?

You need to add a Ring Device to get Homey authenticated at Ring.
