Terminal shows persistent warning/error message

I get these two lines in terminal everytime

/home/saleem/.zshrc:139: command not found: complete /home/saleem/.zshrc:140: command not found: complete Was also getting error /home/saleem/.oh-my-zsh.sh missing but later i created this file inside .oh-my-zsh in my home manually but this script is still blank . what should I put inside this file as contents?
