Change config location to `/usr/etc` for `greetd` in openSUSE. https://todo.sr.ht/~kennylevinsen/greetd/20 actually we can pass `--config` as the parameter in service file: https://git.sr.ht/~kennylevinsen/greetd/tree/master/item/greetd.service#L9 to support `/usr/etc` config instead of `/etc/`: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11:Wayland/greetd

If user chooses keyboard layout during install it is not reflected in the Sway config: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1176196

We install `config.toml.way` config in order to not override user defined settings. We need to find better way. Maybe related to https://github.com/openSUSE/openSUSEway/issues/58
