how to build project in windows with VS2013?

hello! I want to build this code for windows,my Graphics model is 1080 with CUDA8.0 and cudnn5.0 . but I have some problems in creating project with VS2013，I want to use cmake-gui to generate VS2013 project, could you give me some ideas?thank you very much.my qq is 805650606
