Well, this has never been merged as it's still a draft. I guess it would be easier to just open a new pull request.

Oh, now I understand; it's solved in CSL, but not natively in Zotero.
As much as I'd love to have a feature like this, we currently don't have the concept of "parent" and "child" items in CSL. Currently, the datamodel is entirely flat....
